Money taken from the accoun and no loan paid

My husband have been offered a loan by you and till date no loan offered all the tym the system is off line and he spends money making calls to the call center and no joy out of all the time they keep telling him money will be in few days but till date he hasnt recived any and they have debited r299 for registration and r99 what is this all about and how do you render such a bad service and expect to get customers?
