Terrible service from Agents & excessive hold time

I dialed costumer service on 808 as i am a contract holder to try and short a re-occurring problem. I am so disgusted with the service as i literally held on for more than an hour and eventually gave up hope. I proceeded to try and see if the prepaid call center on 173 cannot assist. i first spoke to a gentleman who just transferred me somewhere and my call go lost. i tried for a second time and spoke to this Jennie who was really hopeless. the more i tried to explain my inquiry she just said she will transfer me to the contracts department and did not listen to a single word i was saying. i tried to explain how long i have been holding and asked if she couldn't try and actually get a person to speak to but she was not interested in anything i was saying. i ended up listening to 5 minutes of silence then my call got lost again... this is the most service that i have had in the last 2 years! i dont like a valued costomer and this is the type of service that makes the whole company look like useless!

i am really dissatisfied with what i have experienced
