Rude, arrogant and obnoxious person

I called House n Home to report a faulty chest-freezer that I bought on the 01/05/2013. The lady that picked up the phone was so rude and arrogant. She asked me what was the problem in such an unprofessional manner as I was trying to explain to her she told me she doesn't have a hearing problem and she banged the phone on my ear. I was trying to explain to her what the problem was and she was so sarcastic and condescending as if I was some insolent child who does not even know what she is talking about.
