No answe

I have called the Mtn 'flag ship' store in century city every single weekday since monday last week but no one ever answers the phone. So i emailed the store. That email bounced back. Then i called the general enquiries line and the gave me the same number for the store that i told them no one was answering so he thought that giving me the dealers number would be sufficient. I am not a dealer i am a customer of a telecommunications company that can't even answer a phone! What a great advertisement. Sadly i have to admit that what i want to do is renew my contract with this same incompetent company, however i need to change some details on the contract first. Why is this so difficult to do? Please can i get a contact number for this branch that will actually be picked up on the other side.
