A week ago I email MTN to inform them that they are still charging me the same rate, even though my contract ended in April. My handset has been paid for, and as I did not take a new handset, my payment should revert to R200 per month. The response from MTN was that this matter will be dealt with in 10 days time. IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? When I respond to say it's not acceptable, I get an email to say 'sorry, but this is our turn around time'. If your infrastructure does not compliment your clientele ratio, then that is not my fault. MTN- you cannot take my money and then make me wait for it? You owe me R1074!!! This is. How are companies allowed to do this. Let's rather go back to basics where debit orders do not exist, and companies need to chase payments. DISGUSTED!!! My money will be returned in 48 hours. I am serious MTN.
