Acc locked for no reason

I entered into a contract for a modem (Sim Only) for My gig 3 in early September. End of September (27/09/2013) the money was debited off my acc as per agreement and I got my data. On the 3rd of October I get an sms saying that my acc is in arrears and that I still need to pay, I called the customer service centre and I was told that the acc is fine and that to ignore that sms as it shows on their side that the money was debited off my acc. but when I used my modem on the 09/10/13 it wasn't connecting so I call the customer service center again and the agent I spoke to Kholeka, she said my acc is in arrears that's why it was locked and also why its not allowing me connectivity. when I asked her how that is possible as the acc has been paid she told me that yes it was paid but was locked as it was in arrears and I asked again how? as it doesn't make sense? when exactly was it in arrears? she couldn't't give me a straight answer but promised that she would unlock my acc but that will only take effect after 6 hours. I wasn't happy about this as the was no reason whatsoever for my acc to be locked and on top of that have to wait 6 hours for them to fix their mistake.
