Cell C
SOS calls only

I called the call center with regards to my phone which is only allowing me to make sos or emergency calls. I have been dealing with Cell C for the past 4 years or more and it is really sad for the way I have been treated. The advisor asked me take out the sim and replace it which was done 2 on the call and it didnt work I tried the sim on 3 other phone with the same error I have NEVER EVER removed my sim card from my phone from the time it had been inserted into the phone at the store until yesterday and having had this experience before with another family member I should know better. I was told by the advisor that she would be able to resolve the issue however a fee of R50 will be charged. Alternatively I coulod go to the nearest store to have the sim corrected. Every time I spoke the advisor spoke over me and also coughed and made an uhm sound on the call like " You better listen to me or else" I asked to speak with the manager who advised the same and said I need to pay R50 and or anything between R150 to R300 to have it done over the phone. I spoke about the terms and condition and was advised this was only brought about recently. Once my contract is up I'm going else where.
