I have a contract with iSmart since Feb/Mar 2013, I contacted then to let them know the phone was faulty in June 2013. They gladly collected the phone to repair. I was told they have no stock and gave me a choice of 2 other phones. I selected one and it was delivered speedily. The second phone had a keypad problem and had a battery life of 5-6 hours. I reported this and was told I will have to wait 7 days for them to repair it with allot of attitude. I asked them to return the phone I initially had and was told that they will send it back but I will be responsible for the repairs!!! My phone was returned without the memory card and I queried this and was told they will look into it and STILL no response and it's been over 3 months and not once did anyone contact me.
I was accused of being rude by iSmart with the courier guys, I asked the courier guys if this was the case and they responded no. I asked iSmart for proof of this and was told by the manager that they are investigating it and will get back to me. This also happened over 3 months ago with no feedback and now I just get ignored and none seems to care about the faulty products they provide.
