I went to the Multichoice Office yesterday 31/7/2013, I was there to pay my account and to collect a document reflecting the different bouquets offered by Multichoice as a new bouquet has been released recently and not marketed. Firstly they only had 1 brochure that I was told I could not keep. The girl then tried to photocopy the parts of the brochure I wanted.

The girl who served me had to re-input the details of my account payment several times and repeatably pressed her mouse button as though that was the solution rather than her incompetence to input data.

Then, when attempting to make photocopies, she didn't have a clue how to operate the photocopier.

You might think that she is new to the company but she also served me 3 months ago and was equally incompetent then.

So MULTICHOICE are you hiring uneducated / uneducatable people or are you not training them sufficiently?

From a customers perspective, im paying R695.00 per month for a household of 2 people and that is already extortion, so at least hire educated people for the amount of money you are charging your customers! If you want the name of the girl who served me, please contact me as I have her full name.
