SARS
Unhelpful and Useless

Hi There,

This is about me trying to get my money transferred from my Retirement Annuity to another retirement fund. I've been trying for more than a year to get this right and for SARS to supply the necessary documentation for the transfer to happen and to this day this has not been completed. SARS in Paarl is completely useless in this matter. I've been to this office on numerous occasions and have done everything asked for and still I'm not getting any help or assistance.

I really hope someone monitors this thread who can help with this. I'm just about to cancel the entire thing and take my money out of the country. Obviously trying to follow the laws of this country is not sufficient.

Useless and completely uneducated.
