I received an sms on my cell phone to say that i had 282.7 MB on my Ipad.
This ipad is being paid for by my husband from his bank account.
I called the head office to increase my limit and was told my the above person they could not help me as the information i gave was incorrect, this contract is on my name and is only being paid from my husbands account. She refused to tell me what was incorrect as i live at the address i gave and my ID number was correct. This bad service from Vodacom is really irritating as i had to take time of my busy schedule to increase my tarriff.
Vodacom needs more friendly and hands on staff
