Hi there

I applied for an upgrade on my contract, and ordered an HTC one by Clyton. He was suppose to order this on the 1st October. (I do not know if he did)

Today is the 8th, and yet no contact from MTN has been made to tell me what is happening. I have to phone each day, and ask, and then all I get told is the phone did not come yet. (Not any reasons.)

I just phoned and Adam told me that Warren said the phone was ordered however there is a delay in delivering, but he does have a tracking number??? Why could Clyton not pick up the phone and tell me as the client that? Second place, why can MTN not phone HTC and give them the order / tracking number and ask them what the delay is?

Last week we also ordered a HTC, and it did not even take 2working days, with a weekend and public holiday in between.

This is unacceptable I need to know how long still, and what the delay is in getting the phone?
