Out of stock but told us to come pick it up

We have a contract phone and contract laptop... we received msgs that we can come and pick up the phone and the laptop... we went there and they had to order the laptop... the upgrade of the phone included a bluetooth set and a car charger... my mom went to fetch the phone... no bluetooth set and no car charger... she went back and they ordered it... in the 1ste place... if a phone includes something... say..sorry mam we don't have in stock, we can give you the phone so long but will let you know as soon as new stock arrives for the bluetooth set an car charger... they just kept quite and if my mom did not go back they would have never order it... its been 6 days still nothing... if your clients new phone is ready and the phone includes things, don't send the msg to say its ready yet!!! Poor bad service!!! Uhm hallooo your car is ready but we havend ordered the wheels yet... same thing... pathetic!!!
