MWEB cannot supply a reliable email service

I have had problems with my airmail on Mweb. Firstly they have lost all my email address in my contact directory, and now I also notice that my inbox, sent and drafts folders are duplicated. I have contacted them time and again in the last couple of weeks to no avail, as no contacts have been restored, and nor can they give me any explanation as to why I am having such problems, It does not seem to be reliable in any way, and when I try to open my messages or send this morning I get repeated error messages from Mweb saying if the error persists to contact them. This is. This is my primary email address and I need my service AND my contacts directory which they have lost and cannot restore. What is happening here and why don't they come clean and advise their customers what is happening? Have they got a virus that they don't want us to know about or wht?
