Unupdated records, so unprofessional its sickening

I am back here again with cellc, i recently received an sms stating I've been handed over to debt collectors by cellc for arrears on account 112664214, i then phoned cellc to find out what's happening because to my knowledge all my accounts are up to date, the call centre confirmed that my accounts are indeed up to date and they advised me to ignore the sms, I have now received two letters consecutively from Shehnaz Maiter of cellc, this letters states that the above mentioned account is in arrears and cellc is taking legal action against me. I do not owe cellc a thing, all my accounts are up to date, im nearly due for renewal which i wil not do but cancell and have my peace, i would rather try another network instead, I've had it with cellc that i feel like im the service provider and they are clients, they do not have a clue as to what customer service is all about, they are rude and always want their feelings to be nursed by their clients, they make me sick

I need them to explain exactly what is going on, i have been here on hellopeter with the same issue and my case was handled so well and professional by Funiwe, i thought it was over but here they are again.
