My son's phone (0824401470) was suspended. This was due to an excessive amount of data usage (total R6578.78, where average spent is R217-00). My Problem is that I have asked about a bill limit on this account and I was told that I don't have to worry, as the credit limit is R2200. Why did they not block the account at this limit? I have also paid the monthly subscription without the phone being unblocked (more than 2 months). All I received was a URL report and told it is my problem. On this report there are 3 dates in question. 1, 8 17 June. There are 2787, 3958 and 3930 (total 10675) websites visited on these dates. It is humanly impossible. I have asked for an investigation and all I have to hear is that they find nothing wrong on their side and that I am responsible for the account. I have been to numerous MTNSP's as well as Airways Park Branch and all agree that it is impossible, but nothing gets done. They all also can't understand why it was not blocked at credit limit. After more than 50 phone calls and numerous mails, I am getting desperate after 3 months and 16 days. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
