False Information and Lack of Feedback

I Opened a contract at Altech Autopage on 30 September 2013. As required, I sent through all necessary documentation by the 1st October 2013. I received an email confirmation from Ricardo stating that everything is in order and that the handset will be ordered on that day. It was advised that I should wait a maximum of 48HRs until I could collect the handset.

By the 3rd of October I had not received any feedback from Ricardo and thus contacted the store. Ricardo was unavailable therefore Queen assisted me and promised that the handset would be available on Monday the 7th October.

Once again i received no feedback, and therefore contacted the store. I asked to speak with Queen, who last assisted me. To my dismay I was informed that the handset had not yet even been ordered and that it would be ordered today.

It seems that nobody has taken any kind of responsibility for the matter including the store manager. Unbelievably, not even the manager has committed to any prompt resolution. But instead, I was advised... Once again... to wait 48HRs for my handset.

So, what are the odds of getting my handset in the next 48HRs???
