The 173 number has no operator option

I have a similar problem as kgotong

my airtime keeps disappearing and when i call the number 173 there is no option to speak to the oparator, i wonder why?

my number is 073 3259 777

hope the person who responded to Kgotong will be able to assist because i have stated my number

i would like to speak to an operator/consultant so i can stop who ever is taking my airtime

i agree with kgotong, it seem MNT doea not care about the prepaid customers
