UNREALIABLE and USELESS in emergencies

I have had this phone (BB 9800 Curve) for a little while and if I saved 1c everytime I had to restart the device, I could've bought myself an iPhone.

It just dies without any warning. I can't even send 5 messages and then it dies. I can't use my phone when I go out, just so that I have battery life left for driving back home alone. It's risking my safety and i do not appreciate it.

I even bought a new battery and it is doing the same.

I will NEVER in my entire life buy a blackberry again and I will ALWAYS advise against it.

This was the most horrible and unsafe phone experience I've ever had.
