MTN couldn't care less about customer service

I use to be able to log into my account on the internet via the MTN Active pages. A little while ago MTN upgraded the site and needless to say one couldn't log into your account anymore. Trying all options available it kept saying either my account was locked or disabled. I forwarded a communication via email to MTN customer services who in over 3 weeks couldn't care less to contact me or try and resolve the issue.
When did every company in South Africa become so lame that they couldn't care less if their customers where happy or not. And what they now going to do - get one or other individual who really couldn't give a to comment and then call me and say they sorry. A little too late! I am definately cancelling my contract as soon as I can!
