I have been a Vodacom customer for 10 years and have enjoyed the wonderful service over that 10 years. As of late, I have been angry and frustrated with Vodacom's website that I have already emailed them twice and still no answer.

I have had an online account with Vodacom since last year and always used it to send free SMS's or to check balances. I have accessed not to long ago with greatest of ease. In this week, I needed to access my account and I've struggled for hours to log into my account. Once again, I've tried this afternoon and like before, I couldn't access it which angered me even more. A pop-up message told me that I don't have an online account, which was a huge shock since I already have an account but just couldn't access it.

So, I decided to re-register for Vodaocm's website and I have a username and password. So I entered my details to log in into my account and to my disbelief, I couldn't log in which means once again, I can't access my online account.

I've sent to two emails with no reply and I'm hugely disappointed with Vodacom's online services. I need this issue to be rectified as soon as possible or I'm switching networks.
