FNB - THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!

November 2012 my husband and I decided to purchase a Blackberry for our 8 yr old daughter. With all of FNB's "Promising" marketing & being a loyal customer to FNB for 19 yrs it was without a doubt that we decided that this transaction would take place through FNB'. We ordered the BlackBerry & it was delivered on the Thursday afternoon. We plugged it into the charger and activated the BBM. Upon issuing a brand new BlackBerry to very excited little girl, we decided to take a picture of her to place it on her BBM Status. That's when the nightmare started, my husband realized that the camera was faulty, we immediately contacted FNB where we were advised by a Call Centre Agent to take the phone to Cell C for an assessment which we dually done. We were told by Cell C that it was a Software Problem. Once again we made contact with FNB & with utter disgust we were accused that WE have broken the phones camera!! After a hectic HEATED dissagreement persued the Agent advised that they would send a courier to collect the phone. Endless, calls to FNB I am now being told that they don't know what could have happened to the phone but the phone is now MISSING!!! FNB SORT YOUR LOYAL CUST OUT!!!
