Please Send me Cancellation Details ASAP

I have sent mails and I am tired of waiting for a response... please send me details on how how I can cancel both of my Vodacom contracts - I have been a client for years and years and am a "high valued" I was contacted by a consultant a while ago and he was going to assist but he did not call me back so now it is time to see my contract out or pay it out and move on... I want details on Cancellation and I want them now!!!
