PAYING FOR SERVICE NO LONGER RECEIVED!!

We at Orion Motor Group, had to cancel our Telkom service because we moved to a new premises and here where we currently are, Telkom does not support the area. We had everything cancelled in June and we were advised of a penalty fee that we needed to pay, which was fine. We had a dispute as to the exact penalty fee that needed to be paid but that matter was resolved and our service was cancelled. NOW however, we receive a bill from Telkom for over R 10 000.00 and when I phoned to enquire about this, I was told that our internet service was never cancelled. How is this possible?? We cancelled EVERYTHING and now 4 months later we get surprises like this. How are we supposed to pay for something that we haven't been using for so many months?? And no one at the call center is willing to help. They keep transferring me to the wrong department and then have to stay on hold for so long. These calls are costing us money because we are no longer using Telkom phones. I really want this matter resolved A.S.A.P. We are NOT paying for a service that has been cancelled so long ago.
