Ok guys on the 25th I listed a complaint that 1) The incorrect Z10 was received and this was acknowledged by Vodacom and was told it would take 7-14 days for the handset to be replaced with a Z10 LTE. The current ref no is S3-T3Z21-1KSP4 dated the 3rd of October 2013. 2) I was informed this morning that it would take a further 7-14days for someone to get back to me. I have bent over backwards have gone the extra mile in patience. Khagiso (011 767 4000) has been trying to assist and to no avail. I have to carry the original box with me to work just incase the courier does turn up. I would not have every upgraded online if I knew the problems that lay ahead.
Really guys I have spent more time on the phone trying to sort this out myself before resorting to Hello Peter but now I am tired banging my head against a wall and pillar to post.
I expect the service excellence from Vodacom that I have been accustomed too, not this!!
(082 1959 on my speed dial) I cant even remember how many times I have called.
