Not happy that Blackberry Z10 recieved is non LTE

I have had the upgrade just for a week and have been trying to activate the LTE on the Blackberry Z10
Model Blackberry z10
Model number is STL100-1
Software Release 10.1.0.4181

I am very angry I have called head office on 011 653 5000, 021 552 0200 and so on to lodge a formal complaint that this is not the phone I ordered and still the spec sheet shows LTE enabled and on placing order for upgrade

This is serious I want the phone that I ordered (the advertising board will have a field day)

I do have the screenshots and pdf stating that this is a LTE handset and that is why I upgraded and for no other reason
I am so disillusioned with Vodacom, I have been to pillar to post to no avail.

Someone has to take responsibility for this

I want an answer please I am not impressed
