Hi vodacom

A few months ago I requested that cellphone number: 0764119269 be cancelled as soon as the contract ends. I received a confirmation email from Abigail Julius on 25/07/2013 that this will be done on the morning of 30/09/2013 (ref: 006k-KZ22).

Could I please understand why I am I still being charged for this contract?
