No Response on billing Query after Quote

I received a renewal for my contract and an email confirming the the pricing as well as the data with which i was happy with. I then receive my statement that I will be debited for more than the amount stipulated. I have sent a replying mail to Mondli and I have had no response from 2 emails sent. I want Telkom to sort this out immediately!
