Rejected OBF for Samsung S3

I have sent my Samsung S3 in for the 2nd time for an OBF. The camera on the phone has a fault. Its taking out very snowy pictures and poor quality pictures in low light. I have taken pictures of the exact same
spot with my S3 and my S3 mini. The S3 mini was much better. The camera is not up to standard. The file size of the pictures are also quite small for a 8megapixel camera. 1mb per picture on average compared to other S3 cameras which are 3.5 MB on average. This definitely show the lack of detail with the pictures my S3 is capturing. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and a new phone be given to me. I have now been notified that its been rejected for the second time and Vodacom's feedback is that if I have any further issue, I need to send it in for a normal repair now. I will not accept this faulty S3 and will be taking this issue further if it is not resolved to my satisfaction. The issue of compensation will also arise because took the contract a month ago and only had the phone for 4 days. I have made countless trips to the store to try and get this resolved. I've been with Vodacom for nine years and this is the service I get for loyalty!!! IMEI- 353164057967991
