Skydive Tandem False Experience

On the 25th of January 2014, i went skydiving with a couple of my friends with Skydive Tandem who are based in Witbank. I paid R2070 for the dive, dvd and pictures. However when i got home i only found 10 pictures on my disc which were very bad quality and i mean VERY bad quality compared to my friends who got 95-135 pictures. I called Jason Richardson to complain about this matter and all he could say was that he will send me the rest of the pictures and if I'm not happy he will refund me R100 for the pictures which the picture price on their website is R470. After going back and forth on this matter Jason just keeps hanging up on me saying i should speak to via email but he takes ages to respond and denies that one of his camera men who took my pictures was drinking on the job. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service ethics and i do NOT advice anyone to ever go for a skydive there. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM SKYDIVE TANDEM in Witbank. I want a complementary dive or a refund!!!
