I purchased a Sony Camera in October last year as a present for my dad. He was going on holiday overseas and needed a good camera. I decided to go for the Sony as they are supposed to be decent cameras. Imagine my surprise when most of the pictures my dad took were blurry. I thought that his settings were incorrect but have since realised that there is something wrong with the camera as most of the pictures it takes come out blurry. I eventually sent the camera into Takealot on the 20th of May. They told me it would take up to a week to repair. Its been over 3 weeks and still no camera. Now my dad is going on holiday again and does not have a camera to take! I want a refund as this is bad service and an even worse product!!!
