CELL C BLACKBERRY - FROM 21 DAYS REPAIR!! WHAAAT!

So my Blackberry Z10 decided it`s almost out of warranty so it should break. That's right, phone is 10 almost 11 months old and broken! Phone itself is in mint condition no scratches etc, yet the phone does not start up. no lights no nothing. Yes, tried the quick fixes, different batteries etc no luck!

Went to the Cell C store to get it fixed and received the answer - "It will take FROM 21 days to get your phone fixed " Whaat FROM 21 days??? I asked whether I will be billed for this period?? Obviously not having any loan phone provided or not using any CELL C service which I am currently paying for. Guess what, just a "friendly" answer. Yes you need to pay!

CELL C, let`s do the math - No phone means no service being used, no phone calls no data package, no happy customer, NO NEW customer!

Please, PLEASE Can I get my phone fixed / replaced A.S.A.P. - Try Customer Service once in a while and see how that works for you... you will find that although you not always the cheapest... You will have happy customers that will not mind paying for service they rightfully deserve!
