Poor service and debited for a ghost phone

This is getting out of hand now is the third month being debited for a ghost contract phone. I call vodacom 200 times if not 10000 times. They even sent me an email saying they have contacted me and i don't answer the phone. Even though I did not have a miss call. I think this is their excuse for being incompetent. They did not end there, the continue to send me an sms to rate their service, which service if i did not get the call from you?
You make me sick... I WANT MY MONEY BACK! you MUST get this DONE
