Crazy fee

We called dish-net and asked them to come to us and asked what the fee was, august responded with R350. and then the labour which was fine, they came and gave us the invoice of R900. on the invoice it said R500 call out..they told us an amount and charged a different amount, then the 3 guys that were here were aggressive and wanted to mess up the dstv signal, we told them they touch it and we call the police and had our security come in.they screamed and shouted at us and were totally unprofessional.
