2 Months to credit R200!!!

I signed up with 8ta in February due to starting a new job which required a large amount of bandwidth at home. I started late in the month and so was put on prorate. I wanted to top up and no option was available to me other than to do an eft into their account and then use the credit to top up... which I did to the value of R200. I was told my first billing would be 550. They put a debit order through for 750. I put a stop order on it and asked them to credit my account which they refused to do unless I sent them a PDF copy of my bank statement. I sent them a screen catch and told them to confirm in their own account. This was 2 months ago!! I am now being billed R950 due to old fees and now I have been cut off. I have been trying to reach Phomello to no avail. Email after email has been ignored and even when I said I would go to Hello Peter if I didn't get a response I still get ignored. If this is what you call customer service please cancel my contract with you guys at your own cost with no penalty to me. Otherwise... switch me back on and well contact me back with regards to payment!! I am more than willing to pay... I'm just not writing R200 off because of you
