My husband's prepaid MTN number has been cancelled

My husband's cell says "Unregistered Sim" I phone the call centre from my landline. I 1st speak to Clarence and after explaining the prolem and suppling the info required he say the this number is de-registered, and at this time the call gets cut off. I phone again and get throught to Resiloe Maphela and re-explain situation and she says it has been de-regstered and when i ask how to fix this problem to get the number working again she say it is not possible. At this stage I am annoyed and said this is absolute rubbish (no swearing involved) yet she tells me to mind my language. I tell her that the word rubbish is not a swear word and she must put me through to her supervisor. I speak to Menzi Khumalo and re-expalin all and Resiloe attitude and guess what - the lines goes dead again. To top it all about 5 min later my landline rings and it's from MTN with the Customer Satisfaction Survey for me to complete. Now if they can call me back on my landline for this why can't they call me back to resolve my problem. How can they de-register a number that we have RICA'd for?
