I have been trying to cancell my landline since the 04.02.2013. I was told that I had to cancel my MWEB contract first whis I did. I advised Eva that I had a email from MWEB confirming that the contract was cancelled and asked her if I could email it to her. Her anwer was..She cannot cancel my landline, she didnt want me to email the proof of cancellation and she couldnt give me a reference number for the call because she "didnt"do anything. I then asked her if I could speak to her manager and she asked me "what for"! She then put me on hold and I held on for 55 minutes and then put down the phone. I need to know what I need to do to get my landline cancelled. I refuse to pay for another months service. I need a MANAGER to contact me ASAP.
