We have been in our offices since January this year and we are still having problems with Mweb's Service. We constantly lose our internet connection, at least 12 times today already. The call Centre is a waste of time so you send mail to the Premier, they give you a reference number and when you respond with that number on the mail, they issue you with a new one and so it goes on. They pass the buck onto Telkom all the time, there have been 3 Telkom Techs here in the recent months, 2 within the last week and both of them have said that the problem is with our Router. Surely this message has been relayed to them so something can be done about it? I have sent them no less than 4 emails today alone and all I get back is the standard message below.
1st email sent today at 8.04 this morning, I am still waiting! Define Shortly!
