NO RECEPTION AT OUR OFFICES

Since the beginning of this year my boss started having problems with his reception at our offices. we have made numerous calls to autopage who told us vodacom deals directly with this. after numerous calls to vodacom they eventually sent someone out to come and check the signal as we said we will be porting to another network. the guy came out in June 2013 and found that the reception is terrible and said he will immediately request for a booster to be installed as the reception is very bad. my boss has to walk outside to check if he gets calls or sms which is quite bad as most of his clients call on his cell. it's now 4 months later and we still waiting on someone to advise on the booster. i called your customer service once again on the 16th September and spoke to Tarique and he called Judith who he said is arranging the booster and assured me that Judith will be making contact with us by the 18th September but to date we have not heard from her. this after i told him that we will be porting to another network is she fails to respond. clearly they dont mind losing a valuable client as no one has bothered making contact re progress.the service is quite appalling!!!
