Good day. I received my bill from telkom mobile. To my surprise there is an extra "one time fees" for 200 rand on my account. After speaking 2 care I asked the lady whether anybody else received the same fee on their contract she replied "no". I was also told that this was because of a contract renewal for money that was cridited and now they took it for activation that happened monthes ago... why didnt they do it when i activated my renewel? so I came to hello peter and discovered this was not so, that i am not the only one. I would like to know what this is for? Is this daylight robery?
