Still waiting for my delivery from vodacom

I have upgraded my contract for a laptop they delivered wrong order, they fetched the wrong order promised to briing my right order up until today. The upgrade I made 1st week of september an now when I trace the order. They say the laptop I ordered its out of stoock and now end september they took theiir 1st instalment they say I have a contract already but now my question is am waiting for a month now an yet with delivery made pleease help me hello pete
