Utter incompetence, unable to port (no reason)

Got permission to port 27 Sept, contract to be cancelled 30 Sept.

Tried to port 27 Sept - rejected on 28 Sept - MNP: Contract details mismatch. Called customer service who told me all in order after correcting physical address.

Tried to port again 28 Sept - rejected on 30 Sept - MNP - Corporate details mismatch/unauthorised. Called customer service - said all fine but would pass to porting dept to fix. Person who helped me (Tebogo) not been at work for last few days. Other person, Simone, doesn't bother to call back when she volunteers to do so, and told me to try port again (yeah, I'll just drive to a Vodashop every day and go through process again just in case NM has sorted the problem out - unlikely). Switchboard puts me through to customer service when I ask for porting dept. Customer service puts me back to switchboard when I ask for porting dept.

Tweeted NM on 30 Sept - no response.
Posted FB message 2 Oct - said they'd be in contact "shortly" - more than 24 hours later - no response.
Emailed marketingadmin@ and md@nashuamobile 2 Oct - no response yet.

I just want to leave this awful company., no service, held to ransom by utter incompetence. Absolutely furious.
