Wedding registry not catalogued after 2 months

I opened a registry on 7 July at Boardmans Gateway. After 3 hrs scanning, we gave the scanner to a clerk who loaded items on. We scanned approx 25 items, 7 appeared on the list. The clerk said he'd take care of it. The following week I called the store as the problem was not sorted out. I spoke with manager Kuben who said he'd call back in 2 hrs. After 2 days I called back as it was the same. He asked me to come back to scan missing items. I've been back 6 times but there was always a problem. My final visit was on 2 Sept, I rescan stuff for the 4th time and nothing loaded. It just showed online that 7 items were pending and needed to be catalogued to be added. I waited a week and it showed the same message. On 9 Sept I emailed the customer care dept. On 10 Sept I got a reply from Sibusiso Maruping saying that the problem was solved. I went online, it had not been solved so I called the call centre. The lady said it was sorted out but it would take 24 hours to reflect. I waited the 24 hours and nothing happened so I called back and was asked to speak to a supervisor, Steve, who said he logged it on 10 Sept and is awaiting feedback and would call in 10 minutes which didn't happen.
