I decided to try Fitchef, as a company that supplies healthy food and delivers. I was extremely disappointed.
I placed an order with them on 19 sept for delivery on 25 sept, and made my payment.
On 23 sept. I received and email from Lynette Wessels informing me that they are out of stock on certain items. I responded to the email within 45 minutes to make the necessary changes. I did not receive a confirmation.By the end of the day I called to confirm that the changes were made, and was told that Lynette was not there, but not to worry, she will respond.
At the end of the day on 25 sept around 4pm I called again to find out where my order is, but no answer or voicemail. On thursday 26 I called again, and was told that the order was only given to courier late wednesday.
By 5pm Thursday again no delivery. On friday 26 sept i receive an email saying my ticket has been completed and they hope I'm happy. I responded that I received no order and want my money back, with my bank details.
Later same day they send a mail requesting my bank details. On monday 30 sept i get a mail from Wayne, the supposed owner, blaming the couriers. It is now 1 oct and I am still waiting for my money
