2nd month and no answe

So at the beginning of Sept Virgin Mobile debited my account twice. I queried it and even went to their head office to discuss this in person. They promised me that they will get back to me with answer.
Now in Oct it happens again except this time the fees have jumped. I phoned to query what was going on and get the same answer as before "we will get back to you in 24-48 WORKING hours". I am sick and tired of them just debiting my account as they please. I do not get itemized billing but have to pay for it.
I see another visit to their head office coming up and this time round I will bring the two contracts with for cancellation.
