Limited bandwidth

Afrihost is limiting my uncapped bandwidth because they are experiencing high usage and are therefore allocating their bandwidth to their capped customers. This is unfair as I am also a paying costumer. This has been going on for three days and their customer support says it will only come right when the usage is back to normal (no time given) which could be never! Afrihost has bitten off more than what they can chew, I think.
