Vodacom
Number handed over to RMCS without my consent

Late in October or earlier November 2013 i got an sms notification that my phone 0849643989 was topped up with R39, when i called vodacom to query the airtime they told me I should contact RMCS because the airtime was loaded by them and my number was handed over to them. i was stunned about this information because i never had an agreement with vodacom to do what they did to my number. vodacom is fustrating my life and i have been using this number for over 10 years now and i have been a loyal customer all the time and now they are treating me like. I requested for a teamleader to get back to me regarding my query and no one got back to me since yesterday. if vodacom dont need customers anymore they should just say so rather than them treating us like we are stupid and useless.
