8ta is by far the worst service provide

8ta had a collections agency debit my acc when my account was not is arrears, to include to that they have debited the account with double the invoice amount which I think is llegal, it has been past 48 hours and they don't know were the money is and the are not making an attempt to find it or get the matter resolved, they are the worst, can someone tell me how can I take this matter further or help me take it futher cause I want this company closed cause they are not worth the troubles, I have had issues from day 1 and they can never get anything right
