Pathetic, I Will never consider Vodacom again!!!

On the 13th of sept I called the contact Centre (08217844) to apply for a contract and it was approved. I clearly stated to the lady that i would like to use my vodacom prepaid number as my contrct Nr. she told me everything was fine and advised that i should make sure that i use my talking points on my prepaid as they they wont transfer. She said when they deliver the phone i should just call the CC (0821950) to activate the simcard. the phone was delivered on the 17th and onthe 18th i called to activate the simcard. the agent (brenda) adviced me that i should just remove the sim and the battery for 4 hrs it will be activated. i could not understand cos u cant remove de Q5 Battery. on the 19th i received amessage confirming activation with a new number. i was not impressed, i called the cc again and lady told me it will take 48hrs to rectify the mistake but since i was not impressed i told her i want to ancel the contract and they must fetch the phone (even though they already deducted prorata).they deactivated the number on the 23rd and fetched the phone on the 27th. today (02 Oct) they deliverd the phone as according tothe delivery lady it went in for repairs! huh???
