We have been with mnt for 5years and enjoy their internet usages.

But with just quiering a qeustion on how to access an account thru a spouse (married), (because the account holder, my husband is at work and cannot sort out a billing error) I (wife) was refused service, I understand the account holder has the only access but I was bluntly refused any help to sort out the quiery. Not only cant my husband go to the mnt shop, working a 8-7hour days, and their taking more money then our billing contract because of an billing error wich I cannot sort out because they are not even wanting to help me. I am also in the retail indst and being rude, helps no one. Speaking english proparly wia a phone is also important.
